Opportunity

Lead point of contact for domestic and international end customer phone calls and emails. This position requires excellent problem solving, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure timely and accurate internal and external customer service. Providing details on marketing, pricing, and sales related information are a significant part of this diverse role.

Specific Responsibilities

• Receives, prioritizes, and responds to internal and external customer inquiries via phone, email, and other means of correspondence.
• Actively seeks solutions and offers suggestions to resolve customer situations within the established guidelines.
• Accurately and thoroughly logs correspondences and follow up information in the approved customer communication system.
• Builds Relationships with internal and external customers by effectively communicating and working with other departments to organize product and service information.
• Maintain product and application knowledge as it relates to the functions and features of Power System products.
• Compile, analyze, and report Customer Service-related correspondence data.
• Participate in team projects related to process improvement, cost-reduction efforts, service improvement initiatives, and any other projects assigned related to Aftermarket Parts and Service.
• Escalate technical and commercial customer issues to appropriate next level as necessary.
