Kohl’s is hiring full-time Store Leadership Trainees to join our store team in Lansdale, Pennsylvania!

As a Store Leadership Trainee, you will embark on a twelve week structured training program that will prepare you to be an Assistant Store Manager in one of our $10M-$20M dollar Kohl’s stores. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed as an Assistant Store Manager.

During the program, you will:

• Learn from industry professionals through mentorship and coaching with continuous learning and development
• Gain hands on experience with in-store merchandising, sales projections, store operations, omnichannel, scheduling, payroll, hiring and human resources
• Lead associate development as well as assessing and evolving your own development
• Take initiative to lead business directives and workload demands.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with a graduation date between Spring 2023 and Summer 2024
• Desire to pursue a career in retail management
• Demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Flexible schedule. Work hours will be based on business needs; must be available nights and weekends
• Relocation support is available for high growth markets
