Loss Prevention Service Specialist is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:

• Engaging customers, promoting customer service and providing deterrence to theft
• Working to raise shortage awareness among store associates
• Communicating frequently with both store management and loss prevention associates
• Assisting in implementing loss prevention strategy
• Conducting associate package checks as well as building and physical security inspections to minimize exposure to loss
• Responding to emergency situations and promoting a safe environment for customers and associates
