The concept of Kofee aimed to establish a grab-and-go experience with a nostalgic atmosphere, fostering a friendly connection between the barista and the customer. The genesis of this idea harks back to an autumn day marked by an unpleasant encounter at a store that will not be named, exhibited discourtesy, curtness, and a lack of warmth in providing the morning elixir—coffee/espresso.

The experience was disheartening to the point of contemplating the acquisition of a personal coffee machine to brew one's own morning beverage. However, recognizing that the allure of coffee shops extended beyond the drink itself, encompassing camaraderie, inspiration, and a sense of companionship, the notion of reviving an old idea with a unique twist took root. This led to the birth of Kofee.

Things we are looking for in our Coffee Shop Manager:

• Experience working in a cafe, bakery, restaurant or similar
• Being able to make espresso drinks, produce beautiful latte art and being super passionate about all-things-coffee.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS like Toast.
• You have previous experience with managing inventory and doing stock count. You can manage store stock and place orders with vendors.
• Lead, motivate, and build efficient teams. Being high energy and having an engaging personality, being professional, being proactive, and invested in what you do, and take pride in your craft.
• You're able to preform opening and/or closing shift and manage the day to day operation. You have availability to work weekends.
• A must have: Having a New York Food Handlers’ Certificate.

Pay starts at $20/hr tips
