Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Helper to join our team. As a Helper, you will provide support and assistance to our construction project team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and develop your skills in project management and construction estimating. Responsibilities: - Assist with project planning and coordination - Review schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements - Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks - Assist with project documentation, including updating schedules and progress reports - Support the team in managing contracts and subcontractors - Perform general administrative tasks as needed Skills: - Proficiency in using Primavera, Bluebeam, and other project management software - Basic understanding of construction estimating principles - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with different stakeholders - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Location: Preferred Skills (not required): - Experience with HeavyBid and ProCore software This is a paid position.
