Role Overview

Kodak is looking to expand our WW Application Solutions Sr. Leadership team in the SAP/non-SAP manufacturing solutions space. In this role, you'll be integral to building out our SAP first manufacturing solutions. Work to leverage our SAP manufacturing in it's best-in-class capability areas, while providing integrations to solutions, supporting lower-level layers of the manufacturing landscape (MES, Quality, Process Management, etc.) You'll participate in roadmap development with Sr. business leaders, prioritization of projects/enhancements/implementations, and lead a team of experienced Solutions Engineers and Architects. The Principal IT -Commercial role is a strategic management position which drives business and IT change by leveraging and implementing innovative technologies. You will have management responsibilities and will create/support career progression for your team within the IT operating model, challenging them to continuously learn and expand their skills & responsibilities.
This is a position which requires a high degree of business and technical knowledge. Acting as a change agent, you'll need effective communication, negotiation and prioritization skills. The scope of responsibilities broadly covers the Commercial areas of Order to Cash, eCommerce, Logistics and Service Integration.

Some travel required.
