The Cleaning Team Leader is responsible for the support of the Building Services Team within Eastman Kodak Company and its tenants. The individual in this job performs a variety of activities designed to maintain a high standard of excellence in cleanliness and service. Working under the direction of a Team Leader and Supervision to clean and maintain defined assigned areas. This position performs a variety of cleaning and housekeeping activities in different industrial and office settings. Second shift, 3-11:30pm.

Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, bend, speak and or hear.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting.
• Ability to work with standard housekeeping chemicals.
• Heights; use of ladders may be required.
• Ability to routinely lift or move up to 50 lbs./23kg.
• Work may require employee to be exposed to inclement weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high level of standard with the cleaning and housekeeping of restrooms, break rooms, cafeterias, offices, labs, hallways, stairwells, lobbies and entrances.
• Routinely empty trash, clean and stock restrooms, vacuum carpets, dusting, sweep and mop floor surfaces, and cleaning glass.
• Assist in high level housekeeping tasks in designated areas which may include common areas in tenant occupied space, manufacturing space, hospitality areas, conference center, auditorium center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.90 - $20.00 per hour
