Kocian Meats, the best meat market in Cleveland, has nearly 100 years providing exceptional wholesale and retail butchering services to the area. We pride ourselves at offering a full range of butchering services for an inexpensive price. The store provides beef, pork, and poultry, with some lamb, goat, and seafood. At Kocian Meats, customers receive personal service. Our service sets us apart from our competition.

At this time we are looking for team members that love to provide customer service and find ways for our customers to obtain the best values for their needs. We love people that actively enjoy engaging others.

Kocian Meats is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday 9am-5pm. After 5pm we do stay to clean the store. Please be available during this time to work. You would have Sunday and Monday off.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift moderately heavy objects (30-40lbs).
• Ability to be coachable and take feedback.
• Enjoy helping others.
• Be at least 16yrs old and able to pass a drug test.

Recommended:

• Interest in the meat and food industry.
• Previous experience cashiering.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Please be available late morning Wednesday to Friday to interview.

Food touches all parts of our lives, and often we do not realize what it takes to bring food to the dinning room table. This is a great opportunity for an entry level position that could be tailored to your skills and interests. Kocian Meats is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so your work schedule would be Tuesday through Saturday.
