Koch-Glitsch, a Koch Engineering Solutions company is looking to add a Plant Manager to our team located in Wichita, KS. The Plant Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and provide leadership in a fast-paced, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with local, regional, and global leaders to apply proven practices that ensure continuous improvement and drive transformation. What You Will Do

• Provide leadership of an engineered-to-order metal manufacturing facility including people, processes, and equipment
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and transformation of the business
• Advance culture through the application of our Principled Based Management business philosophy
• Recruit, challenge, and develop the future leaders of the plant and company
• Possess a focused approach to achieving high levels of quality and customers satisfaction

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience leading and managing direct reports including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and compensation and incentives
• Experience mentoring and developing leaders
• Experience communicating and partnering with all levels of an organization
• 5 years experience in manufacturing or similar environment
• Strong economic thinking skills and understanding of Decision Making Frameworks.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Experience working in a large, complex business environment
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
• Experience in leadership within a Koch company
