Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

Your primary responsibilities include observation, protection, and reporting. The client requires presence and reporting, which entails continuous patrols of buildings A through E, traversing four floors, interacting with clients in these buildings, and managing site phone calls. You must be capable of composing written reports on incidents and providing excellent customer service. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy walking and engaging with people.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on site. CONTINUES WALKING
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed, providing assistance and information when required
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
- Provide excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE by addressing inquiries or concerns from clients, employees, and visitors in a professional manner

Skills:
- Possess a valid CPR certification and knowledge of first aid procedures
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle difficult situations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not required
