Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:
The Auction House Food Hall is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders from customers
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation methods
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
