KOBusiness Solutions is a professional staffing firm in theChicagoland area that supports the hiring needs of companies acrossthe country.

Our valued industrial staffing partner is looking foran Office Coordinator to join theirteam!

Location : Onsite AuroraIL

Schedule : Monday Friday 8 am 5pm

PayRate : $18 / hr

JobType : DirectHire

Language : BilingualEnglish and Spanish speakingrequired

TheBranch Administrator partners with branch personnel to supportclients staffing needs. This role will help manage the flow ofcandidates through the recruitment process by assisting withposting roles sourcing candidates scheduling interviews andmanaging onboardingpaperwork.

DutiesandResponsibilities :

  • Assiststhe recruitment team with posting jobs on electronic job boardssourcing candidates and initial screening of candidates.
  • Conductsemployment related research and assists recruitment teams withelectronic and other methods of sourcing qualifiedcandidates.
  • Attendsand participates in job fairs community activities and other publicand departmental recruitmentrelatedevents.
  • Representsand promotes organization to potential applicants by providinginformation responding to questions and collecting applicantdata.
  • Assistswith the new hire onboarding process by ensuring new hires havecompleted all their new hire paperwork prior to starting and sendout information regarding their firstday.
  • Handlesand prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative dutieswith wide latitude for independent judgment andinitiative.
  • Performother duties asassigned.

Qualifications :

  • HighSchool Diploma.
  • 12years of related experience working in recruitment functionsincluding recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levelsincluding hiring for nonexempt exempt and leadership positionsspecifically in the staffing industry preferred.
  • Understandingof staffing principles laws and procedures and a solid workingknowledge of recruitment / employmentprograms
  • BiLingualin English andSpanish.
  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
  • Excellentinterpersonal and customer serviceskills.
  • Excellentorganizational skills and attention todetail.
  • Workingunderstanding of human resource principles practices andprocedures.
  • Excellenttime management skills with a proven ability to meetdeadlines.
  • Abilityto function well in a highpaced and at times stressfulenvironment.
  • Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite or relatedsoftware.

This work environment is an office settingwhere work is performed sitting at a desk. The noise level in thework environment is usually quiet but can become louder based onthe volume of incoming candidates.

When traveling to client sitesthe work environment is a light industrial / manufacturing settingwhich often times can be a louder cold and dusty environment.
