Knudson Management Co, Inc. is currently seeking to fill Maintenance positions at 2 of our apartment complexes located in Kearney, NE and Grand Island, NE. This position can be a full-time position if candidate doesn't mind the travel between properties. If travel is not preferred, then this will be 2 part time positions. 25-30 hours a week in Kearney, NE and 5-10 hours a week in Grand Island, NE.

Ideal candidate must be professional, organized, and able to multi-task and communicate well with supervisor, contractors & tenants.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, painting, drywall repair, switching out electrical outlets, plumbing repair, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring all work is done safely and efficiently. Candidate must be willing to participate in a standby emergency schedule for weekends, evenings and holidays.

Candidate must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and pass criminal history background check. Serious inquiries only please.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
