Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8 years of UI Development experience including 3 years focusing on React.js.
- 6 years of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- 2 years’ experience with React Redux.
- Expert level fluency in React.js/JavaScript and REST API development, proficient in React JS modules/packages, Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Experience with Agile/Iterative approach to software product management
- Ability to work with source control tools like Git or GitLab
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot issues in an enterprise-scale product
- Ability to collaborate within a team and give and receive constructive feedback from internal team members and external customers
- Develop user-facing features using React.js
- Develop modern, highly responsive web-based UI
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers and processes
- Knowledge of accessibility/UX best practices and Section 508 compliance, and/or WCAG 2.0 standards
- Developer training
- Conduct Code Reviews
