Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) – Center Based Position

POSITION EXPECTATIONS

KNR’s BCaBA manages and oversees the delivery of ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders. The BCaBA performs assessments, develops treatment plans, leads and supervises a team of therapists, trains staff, and works with parents and families.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Modify treatment plans and programs as needed based on data-driven decisions
  • Oversee treatment plan implementation and provide clinical supervision to staff
  • Work collaboratively with members of the child’s team, family, and other professionals
  • Provide regular training to families and caregivers
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to therapists
  • Write reports and maintain client records
  • Create materials as needed to support program implementation
  • Ensure internal policies are followed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Minimum of a Master's Degree in behavior analysis or other natural science, education, human services, medicine, or a field related to behavior analysis.
  • Physically capable of performing a range of activities such as running, sitting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to administer first-aid and CPR in case of emergency situations.
  • Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and this position must be aligned with your two-year career path.
