We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our medical team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the overall functionality of our Radiology Information System (RIS)/Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS), software.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure.

Duties Include:
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting software issues
- Configure, and maintain the RIS, EMR and PACS systems and software applications
- Monitor RIS and PACS network performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external IT, vendors and medical support staff) to assist in implementing infrastructure projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain documentation for RIS and PACS processes and procedures
- Conduct regular system audits and run reports to ensure data integrity and security
- Assist with software integration and communication with other software.
- Train end-users on the proper use of technology tools and applications

Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS.

-Experience with EMR/RIS/PACS systems
- Experience with software configuration and management
- Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS, Android) and mobile device management tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
