The Knox County YMCA Early Learning Center is looking for a nurturing, kind, patient person to join our team. Our staff provide care for children, such as setting schedules and routines, grooming, feeding, changing diapers, and cleaning rooms and toys. Developing and encouraging age-appropriate learning and socialization to ensure children learn basic skills and concepts. The Assistant Director will be responsible for the building and staff when the Director is not able. ***Early Childhood Education Associate degree required, or 21 Early Childhood Credit hours with Associate Degree. ***This position includes 100% employer paid health insurance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
