Our company is renowned for its commitment to cleanliness and aesthetics. We are currently seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team and help us maintain our high standards. This role involves a variety of floor maintenance tasks, including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning. The successful candidate will be efficient, effective, and capable of operating various types of equipment to perform their duties in a timely manner. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 6pm-2am. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and accrued vacation. A valid driver's license is required. $20-$30 Dollars an hour based on experience and ability!

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of floor maintenance tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, and scrubbing
• Undertake carpet cleaning duties to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
• Operate a range of equipment related to floor maintenance
• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining our company's high standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in floor maintenance
• Proficiency in a variety of floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning
• Ability to operate various types of floor maintenance equipment
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently
