Position: Electrical Engineer - Maintenance & Optimization

RequirementsWhat You Bring:

• Ideally, a BS in Engineering, specializing in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent; however, we're open to considering AAS or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 to 15 years of experience troubleshooting large processing machinery typically found in industries such as paper, chemical processing, plastics, or metals. Heavy equipment and industrial machinery experience are a must
• Proficiency in measurement and control technology, drive controls, and frequency converters is highly preferred
• Practical experience with Siemens automation systems like S7, WinCC, TIA-Portal, Sinamics, and Profinet is desirable, but we'll also consider experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs
• A knack for independent and systematic work, coupled with excellent communication skills
• A natural curiosity and openness to innovation

Your Compensation:

• Base salary ranging from $85K to $115K, depending on your experience, with potential for higher compensation
• Annual Bonus: 3%
