General Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work and construction documents with internal stakeholders.
• Modeling of equipment and raceways in both 2 and 3D, clash detection with other disciplines.
• Lighting Layouts
• Designing Electrical room layouts, and working with electrical equipment such as transformers, switchboards, switchgear, motor control centers, panel boards, and control cabinets
• Create and edit schedules such as Panel Schedules and Conduit/Cable Schedules
• Administer BIM/VDC Quality Control procedures, which include ensuring project teams and designers, adhere to specified VDC conditions.
• Assist with digital layout by following procedures to create as-built models, reconcile design-intent models to as-built conditions, and support self-perform and project teams with field coordination and lay-out.

•  High School diploma
• AAS Degree/Diploma in Design/Drafting
• Proficiency in both Navisworks and Bluebeam
• 1 year of relevant experience Electrical drafting utilizing Revit.
• Experience working in Autodesk Revit for Electrical Design and other disciplines.
• Basic understanding of family creation, template creation and parameters in Revit.
• Basic understanding of Architectural, Electrical, Civil, and structural engineering construction practices and drawings.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook.

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
