• Perform detail reviews of client’s state tax filings. • Perform Nexus studies to determine where clients should register and file tax returns• Assist clients with various state tax planning and tax controversy matters• Develop sales/use tax taxability matrices• Research issues and draft technical memoranda regarding various state tax matters• Serve as a technical resource for various professionals in the firm
