• Perform monthly transactions and posting of Journal Entries • Maintain General Ledger and Sub Ledgers• Record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries• Review Accounts Payable and invoices for accuracy / discrepancies• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and payroll processing• Perform monthly inventory accounting and reconciliation• Respond to and resolve bookkeeping and payroll questions and issues • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations including punctuality and daily time accounting and entry.• Evaluate records for accuracy of account balances, postings, calculations, and other records pertaining to business or operating transactions and reconcile or note discrepancies• Possess strong communication skills for interaction with senior management, vendors, and clients• Able to adapt to a growing organization where change is frequent.
