Will beresponsible for accounting oversight for both real estate equity and realestate debt portfolios. What would I be doing?

• Ensure proper accounting,reporting and compliance for its multitude of open and closed end funds
• Review and analyze propertyand portfolio related operating data as well as monthly/quarterly fund levelaccounting packages and quarterly fund level financial statements
• Oversee the review ofinvestor capital account allocations and fund level waterfall distributioncalculations
• Onboard new real estate fundproducts, including operational set-up and the review/documentation ofmanagement and performance fees
• Coordinate with externalauditors on year-end audits and assists with work papers for internal/externaltax accountants as part of the year end income tax return preparation
• Streamline operationalprocesses to enhance efficiencies
• Work both independently andas part of a team that includes professionals across the company
• Partner with third partyaccounting administrators to ensure accurate reporting to investors

What qualifies me for thisposition?

• Bachelor’s Degree inAccounting
• 4 years accounting experience,public accounting preferred
• Must have Real Estate and/orPrivate equity experience
• CPA or CPA candidatepreferred
• Must exhibit strong financialand analytical skills and be client service oriented
• Problem solving, handlemultiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility with delivery of assignments
• Technology proficiency isessential, able to leverage a number of software applications such as MicrosoftExcel, Word, PowerPoint and YARDI
