OverviewOur client has engaged us to identify a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by providing administrative and operational assistance across various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including arranging candidate travel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing vendors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to contract terms.
- Assist in drafting offer letters and job descriptions for open positions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Manage job postings on various job boards and career page, including compliance-related postings for state job sites.
- Assist in implementing automation tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
- Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Assist in reporting and presentations materials.
- Foster recruiting relationships including universities for campus recruitment efforts.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives by managing partnerships with relevant organizations and participating in related programs. Help develop and execute campus recruitment strategies.
- Assist in managing social media campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for various recruitment processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- High School Degree required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations and compliance standards.
