About the role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for helping bring the brand to life across assets to ensure that the integrity of the brand is present in all facets. Collaborative and creative thinker who executes design for brand campaigns and adhoc jobs. Comfortable with print and in-store marketing. Must be collaborative, communicative and love a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to execute ideas from concept to final creative
• Design and execute assets such as email, site, social, direct mail, window & instore, packaging & trims , credit/loyalty programs
• Offer smart and thoughtful creative solutions to a brief or project
• Ability to collaborate well with other designers, copywriters and marketing team
• Ability to successfully multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
• Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards

You’ll bring to the role

• 1 to 3 years experience in Marketing, with specific experience in fashion oriented art, design and magazine preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work with tight deadlines and deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to production
• Ability to develop and direct business strategy through design projects
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, be proactive and collaborate with marketing teams and cross functional partners
• Proficient with MAC and Adobe Creative Suite software, Figma, Premiere and/or After Effects

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the Colombus, OH location and two days per week worked remotely.
