Administrative Sales Representative

We are partnered with all major electronics manufacturers like Samsung, LG, Planar, Sharp, and are able to provide honest and unbiased technology solution consultation for your upcoming project(s). We handle all damage and warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on behalf of our customers, and can provide warehouse, installation and liquidation services across the country. KniTec is committed to providing aggressive pricing by leveraging our volume and extending our advantage to our customers.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Sales Representative, specifically focusing on the professional audio-visual (Pro AV) sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Administrative Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Administrative Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of quotations, sales orders, and invoices for assigned and established customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process for Pro AV products and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales operations and customer interactions in our ERP/CMS system.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Source hardware/software and services from established vendors.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients regarding products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and chat.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • NO COLD CALLING, NO PROSPECTING, NO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
  • This is an onsite, in office role only. Not a remote position.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience with ERP/CMS software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required. Equating experience is also preferred.

  • Base salary: $62,000/yr - $68,000/yr salary
