We are looking for strong and talented individuals with extensive flooring and tile experience who can take on our Project Manager role.

The qualifications for our specialized Project Manager role in our unique flooring company includes, and is not limited to, the following:

• Extensive flooring and tile knowledge and experience.
• Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines religiously.
• Ability to get to work on time at 7am everyday, no matter where you need to be, which can be any city throughout the Bay area and the Valley - no excuses.
• Ability to gracefully and effectively work with others above, beside, and under you.
• Ability to effectively lead employees to do their best work.
• Willingness to drive a company vehicle. Company will pay for gas.
• Ability to walk projects before, during, and after construction to verify what is or is not ready and is or is not complete.
• Ability to complete change orders and daily tags on a timely basis.
• Ability to accurately schedule our labor force daily to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
• Ability to manage materials for multiple projects, ensuring that materials are ordered and delivered on time to every project on a daily basis.
• Ability to read construction plans to assist the labor force with executing various layout plans accurately.
• Ability to use the computer and electronic notepads efficiently.
• Ability to report and document daily production by taking accurate pictures with phone or computer.
• Ability to report and document daily production with well-written emails, including attachments, such as documents and pictures, when necessary.
• Ability to use and update Google sheets accurately on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
