Overview:

Knight Security is currently seeking Security Agents to join our team. As a Security Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in law enforcement or security looking for extra work with the possibility of ongoing employment.

Seeking to fill 15-24 positions by April 19, 2024 !!

Duties:

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or activities

- Conduct regular security checks to ensure the safety of the premises

- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, and take appropriate action

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent theft or damage

- Manage conflicts or difficult situations in a professional manner

- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and security protocols

- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is highly desirable but not necessary

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively

- Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Familiarity with militarized security practices is a plus
