Role Overview
Operate one or more types of heavy equipment used in Asphalt and Ready-Mix operations to excavate, move and grade earth or to scoop, lift and transport rock, sand and gravel to and from storage or processing areas to feed conveyors, hoppers, chutes, rail cars, or trucks. Assist with maintenance around plant or on equipment.
Typical hours during Production are M-F 6am-6pm. Typical hours during Maintenance are M-F 7-5pm. Saturdays as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
To be a successful loader operator you will have:
High school education and six months experience operating large scale equipment, or
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
