Job Summary:

We have an immediate opening for 16-17 year old current high school students to get hands on experience working with mentors in one of our sites and/or facilities. Students will be given the opportunity to work as a field crew team member and/or assist our shop or QC teams. Job duties will be based on available projects, learner's preference and demonstrated ability. High school students in the Tangent/Albany/Corvallis/Salem area are encouraged to apply for this summer program.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in high school. - Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Interest in serving the materials/construction industry. - Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen. - Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members.
