Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Help allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with sub-contractors to receive reasonable costs
- Assist project manager in maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with construction management software (procore, excel, word, adobe) is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
