What will you do?
As a Grill Cook, you will :
- Prepare and cook meal items according to our recipes and specifications.
- Work quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitask and learn from mistakes.
- Help other departments as needed.
What do you need?
To be a successful Grill Cook, you need :
- At least one year of kitchen or work experience (preferred, but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to lead and instruct others on cooking techniques and presentation
- A growth mindset that is curious, always learning and not afraid to ask questions with intellectual curiosity
- Product and production management aptitude managing high volume at efficiency
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A flexible schedule
- You need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this role
