Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Perform auto body repairs and restoration on various vehicles
- Remove damaged parts and panels, and repair or replace them as necessary
- Straighten bent frames and unibodies using specialized equipment
- Weld and solder damaged metal parts
- Apply fillers, primers, and paint to repaired areas
- Assemble and install repaired parts onto vehicles
- Utilize power tools and other equipment to complete repairs
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
Qualifications:
- Five years experience as an Auto Body Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems
- Proficient in sheet metal work and welding techniques
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with auto restoration processes is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience with auto estimating software is preferred
- Previous luxury dealership experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
