We are looking to hire energetic, motivated, compassionate therapists to our team! We are a small private practice in Milford MI. This position would include providing therapy to clients either in office or online, or a combination of both! Therapists would be responsible for following up with referrals, maintaining electronic records and providing the best care possible! This is an independent contractor position, so you would have flexibility with scheduling, population of clients and more without the worries of billing or running an office. We have fully furnished offices for you to use, with a lobby and a small break room. We also have referrals available to help build your client caseload!

Responsibilities:

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Offer assistance to individuals with a wide range of mental health issues
• Provide therapy in an outpatient setting, virtual or in-person
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Full licensure in Michigan including LPC, LMSW, LLP and LP
• TLLP, LLPC and LLMSW will be considered if able to obtain supervision on your own
