Position : Mail Clerk
Location : Fairfax, VA
Long Term Contract
PURPOSE :
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Collects, sorts, and distributes mail.
Essential Functions :
- 30% Ships and receives office supplies and materials.
- 25% Weighs and prepares shipments.
- 25% Operates postage meter.
- 20% Picks-up packages inside and outside the office.
Qualifications :
- Education Level : High School Diploma or GED
- Experience : 1 year clerical experience or mail handling
- Strong customer service orientation, Proficient
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems., Proficient
- Basic computer skills., Proficient
