KMA Human Resources Consulting is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Lewiston, ME

Manager of Talent Acquisition Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western, and mid-coast Maine. CMH’s hospital facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. CMH also supports Central Maine Medical Group, a primary and specialty care practice organization. The Manager of Talent Acquisition supports the recruiting team members who are onsite and remote and partners with business leaders and cross-functional partners to hire strong talent into the organization. Ensures recruiting processes align with current and future workforce needs. Develop the most effective, economical, and appropriate recruiting channels and methods. Builds and maintains relationships with recruitment agencies. Coaches and develops a diverse, high performing recruiting teams across complex, dynamic businesses. Implements and manage recruitment processes and employment programs. Required Skills/Abilities:• Ability to set recruiting strategies • Ability to influence across the organization • High degree of professionalism and great attention to detail required • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders within and outside the organization • Ability to operate independently as a results-oriented decision maker, maintaining professional relationships with all levels of personnel within and outside the organization • Ability to learn new systems and software as needed • Ability to independently establish priorities and follow through on all initiatives• Demonstrated ability to direct and triage in a highly fluid dynamic operational environment. • Ability to collaborate with all layers of the management/ administration team.• Ability to engage patients and team members utilizing the CMH Experience Standards • I am creating a warming, caring, and non-judgmental environment ii.
