Manager of Talent Acquisition Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western, and mid-coast Maine. CMH’s hospital facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. CMH also supports Central Maine Medical Group, a primary and specialty care practice organization. The Manager of Talent Acquisition supports the recruiting team members who are onsite and remote and partners with business leaders and cross-functional partners to hire strong talent into the organization. Ensures recruiting processes align with current and future workforce needs. Develop the most effective, economical, and appropriate recruiting channels and methods. Builds and maintains relationships with recruitment agencies. Coaches and develops a diverse, high performing recruiting teams across complex, dynamic businesses.
