Km Daniel LLC is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Norwalk, CT

Our Family Dental Practice located in Norwalk, CT is seeking an dental receptionist to join our dynamic family oriented practice. Our practice prides itself on great customer service with an emphasis on patient education and comprehensive care. The individual who will join our team must have excellent communication skills, be extremely organized, experienced, mature, well-rounded, a team player and self-motivated with exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities

  • Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases: working knowledge of Open Dental.
  • Responsible for the daily non-clinical operations including patient satisfaction, revenue, profitability.
  • Managing recall/treatment plan systems; filling daily schedules; maintaining and updating schedules
  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner.
  • Collect and post payments and verify insurance coverage.
  • Completing daily billing and monthly aging reports.
  • Responding to patient inquiries
  • Provides superior patient service demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction in accordance with patient needs, office policies and procedures, government regulations and dental board standards.
  • Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries
  • Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing.

Education and Experience:

  • 2 years experience of Customer service experience.
  • 1 year of Dental Office experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Demonstrates the ability to solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.
  • High School Diploma or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
