Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Admissions / Social Worker to join our team.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

- develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and admit residents, while upholding excellent customer service
- complete forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc. related to social services
- will accomplish all the admission processes to include completion of admission agreement, appraise the resident/responsible party/family of the residents' rights, determine financial needs, and do a thorough and comprehensive social assessment
- develop a post-discharge plan following the first care plan meeting
- continue to find ways to evolve and enhance performance marketing and website analytic reports
- process all abuse and grievance complaints and work with local social services agency in resolution of abuse, keeping administrator aware at all times of progress and process. Initiate filing adult protection forms when indicated
- assist with pre-admission screening
- ensure that all residents are given fair and equitable treatment, the freedom of self-determination and individuality, and the respect for privacy, property, and civil rights

Requirements:
- prefers that all employees have prior healthcare experience and be knowledgeable of the essential job functions they will be performing
- communicate effectively and appropriately with residents, families, and members of the health care team
- recognize and respond to the needs of the residents
- function in the health care team as a resident advocate
- communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for residents while maintaining a positive, upbeat, and encouraging attitude toward the residents

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
