Job Summary
The IT Project Management Intern reports to the Senior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. The Project Manager Intern will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is ready to be a driving collaborator within the Program Management Team.

This position will be onsite at our Corporate Headquarters located in Roswell, GA.
Job Responsibilities
Business Strategy

• Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.

• Contribute to project initiation activities, including gathering and documenting project requirements.
• Support the creation of comprehensive project documentation.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure project tasks are on schedule and within scope.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Project Manager.

Performance, Metrics Reporting

• Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues.
• Contribute to the organization and facilitation of team meetings and project reviews.

• Learn and apply project management methodologies.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of regular project status reports.
• Learn to identify and communicate project risks and issues.

Qualifications

• Progress being made towards a bachelor's degree relative to Project Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of project management.
