Primary Responsibilities:

As the CEO and head coach of your community, you embody the pride of KCM and bring your enthusiasm for people and apartment living to your work every day.

As a Property Manager, your main duties include:

  • Setting an example and serving as a role model for adhering to KCM's core values and culture.
  • Implementing sales, marketing, and operational strategies to achieve targeted occupancy and customer retention goals.
  • Managing the property's financial performance effectively.
  • Generating accurate and timely financial and operational reports.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with all stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive marketplace.
  • Collaborating with consumer marketing to implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Ensuring consistent guest satisfaction, resulting in outstanding customer ratings and positive community reviews.
  • Working on weekends, as prospective residents often search for homes during this time.
  • Fostering the professional growth and development of all team members.
  • Being willing to assist team members with any task, as no job is considered "beneath your position."


What You Bring To Us:

  • High School degree required. College degree or some college education preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries
  • A strong leadership track record
  • An impeccable client and customer relationship track record
  • Revenue, budget and P&L management experience
  • Proficiency with industry software
  • Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A sharp professional appearance

The salary range represents the low and high end of Klingbeil Capital Management's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Klingbeil Capital Management's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
