- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees
- Monitor franchise performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful franchise operations

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales role
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with franchisees and stakeholders
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure franchisee satisfaction
