Project Manager: Experience with project management, business development, and client management including management of multiple projects concurrently is desirable. The successful candidate will have experience managing a project team that includes junior and senior-level staff, drafters and project coordinators. Experience with managing multi-discipline projects is a plus.

Relationship-Focused: Passion for mentoring junior-level staff and being part of a cohesive team. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team while applying engineering skills from analysis and design through to construction.
