Step into Your New Role

Kleinfelder is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager with a Professional Geologist License in our Exton, PA, New Cumberland, PA and Hanover, MD offices. This full-time position within Site Assessment and Remediation Group will help manage a variety of site assessment investigation and remediation projects. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate investigation/remediation project experience, require a strong focus on health and safety, be detailed orientated, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, and will be capable of working collaboratively in a high-performance team.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Building strong client relationships.
• Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
• Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
• Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
• Manages more complex clients and projects.
• Health and safety stewardship, including local field visits.
• Managing scope, schedule, and budget for small to mid-sized investigation/remediation projects.
• Will require some regional travel for field visits.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors in Geology, or closely related field, and
• 6 years of Project Management experience and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Pennsylvania PG License

Preferred Experience:

• 12 years of experience in environmental consulting
• 8 years of project management experience
• Experience working with PADEP, MDNR and DNREC environmental regulatory agencies.
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training.
