Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Collecting rent and property management of rentals
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and guests
- Utilize computerized systems for appointment scheduling and record-keeping
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with social media marketing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
