Responsibilities:
Engage with new union members to enroll them in our benefits program
Create customized benefits plans for each client
Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
Perform necessary administrative functions
Enroll clients within our niche market into exclusive benefit programs for our union and association members
Manage the benefits for the union and association members
Provide excellent customer service to respond to employee benefits questions
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete
Resolve routine and complex benefits issues independently
Work collaboratively with your team members
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
