The Product Partnerships team is focused on cultivating an ecosystem of integrations that helps Klaviyo grow into new markets and new verticals. We do this by unlocking new customer use cases powered by profile and behavior data from additional integrations and by making those integrations easily available to our customers. By establishing reliable connections with core business systems, we guarantee more customers realize greater long term value with Klaviyo.

As the Principal Product Lead, Partnerships, you will lead the development and growth of a best-in-class integration ecosystem. You will own the platform strategy for expansion through app development, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration experience.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Develop and implement playbooks for streamlined app review, ensuring compliance with quality and security policy requirements
  • Evaluate and scope opportunities for new integrations, acting as the liaison to partners
  • Lead the end-to-end integration process, collaborating with partners to align technical requirements and implementation details
  • Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and escalate partner issues through to resolution
  • Promote best practices and insights to attract new app development and optimize customer value from existing apps
  • Drive the execution of the app marketplace strategy through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Provide effective written and verbal updates to advance the ecosystem narrative and drive alignment with leadership

Who you are:

  • Technical proficiency in evaluating, launching and supporting integrations
  • Familiarity with building and operationalizing app marketplaces
  • Experience in technical app review, partner onboarding, or similar roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving solutions
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:

$172,000—$258,000 USD
