Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Nutritionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on proper nutritional practices to promote overall health and well-being.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans
- Educate patients on the importance of healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Provide health coaching and support to help patients achieve their nutritional goals
- Specialize in areas such as tube feeding, aliment, and diagnostic evaluation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Strong knowledge of physiology and the impact of nutrition on health
- Previous experience in conducting patient assessments and developing meal plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients
- Certification in Health Coaching is a plus
