Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Laser Scanning team is searching for a dynamic, creative, and hardworking individual to lead development and launch of our next generation wafer inspection technology. This involves crafting and synthesizing groundbreaking technology that probes the limitations of what is technically achievable with DUV laser-based systems. The successful candidate will lead both the technical team and the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and actively manage the product development schedule to optimize performance, feature content, and cost vs. market timing.
• Work with the service and manufacturing organizations to successfully transfer new products and meet requirements for production ramping.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management team to initiate and maintain productive working relationships with critical suppliers.
• Orient the development team by adapting schedule, evaluating priorities, and communicating changes through regular meetings.
• Develop employees via thoughtful mentoring and playing to strengths.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) or work experience of 6 years , Master's Level Degree or work experience of 7 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 8 years
