Job Description:

As a Live Streamer Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support our live streamers, ensuring uninterrupted, efficient, and engaging live sales. Your role is crucial in maintaining the operational flow during live sessions, contributing directly to the viewer experience and sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain Streamer Focus: Ensure the streamer can remain focused on selling cards throughout the live session. * Workspace Organization: Keep the streaming desk neat and tidy. Replenish supplies to ensure they can move quickly through the break or auction. * Directive Compliance: Follow the streamer's instructions precisely; they lead the room during live shows. * Card Handling: Sleeve cards or bag cards as directed, ensuring the safety and condition of each card. * Break Management: Present only one box for each break on the table, label it with the correct team names, and manage the placement of break boxes on the shelf post-break. * Preparation for Next Break: Ready the next break on the side camera before the current break concludes to ensure a seamless transition. * No Distractions: Avoid using your phone or engaging in unrelated activities during work hours. Your focus is on supporting the stream, whether that's through cleaning, restocking, or other tasks.

Qualifications:

*Exceptional attention to detail. *Ability to work in a fast-paced, live broadcast environment. *Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions. *Previous experience in live streaming or broadcasting is a plus but not required. *Passion for sports cards and the collecting community is a plus but not required.
