Our operations team is currently seeking a Wholesale and Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our wholesale and retail operations. The Wholesale and Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of product distribution and inventory management within our network of wholesale and retail partnerships.

· Manage supply chain from 3PL to wholesale and retail partners

· Ensure order accuracy and routing guide compliance between partners

· Track sales data and trends within partners to optimize stock replenishment

· Manage inventory levels to prevent overstock and stock outs

· Track KPIs to validate all targets are being met.

· Work directly with the wholesale sales team to ensure needs are being met between all partnerships

· Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners and distributors

· Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize and sustain inventory levels to meet demand.

· Maintain and manage inventory demand forecast timelines

· Manage necessary returns from vendors

· Monitor and analyze any non-compliance chargebacks

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
